Hotel El Colibri has restaurant «Sabor» and the Caribbean-style bar in the open air , overlooking the tropical garden and pool, where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on the most refined taste at very reasonable prices.

Every Wednesday you can spend an evening trying our Eastern Cuisine.

We serve “Swedish” table and you can try any dishes, paying an entrance fee only 395 RD $!

We will prepare at least 15 different dishes of Indian, Indonesian and Chinese cuisine for you .
And at the end of the evening we will surprize you with our special dessert from the chef!

We can also organize any celebration event for you in our hotel.
Also very soon our VIP restaurant and bar will open its the doors , designed in the modern style for luxury and comfort lovers.

Here you will enjoy the creations of our chef and relax with family or friends in the Lounge zones.

2.School for learning Spanish: Holiday Spanish School

For all who want to combine relaxation with the studying of a new language, hotel El Colibri opened a language school Holiday Spanish School.

Classes are held each day and students are accepted at any level of knowledge.

Group lessons (max 6 people), individual or paired.You can also go through an intensive course or 20 hours to choose a long-term program.

Price: from $ 7 an hour.

3.Diving center:

Dutch diving school Dominican Dutch Diving offers to try different types of diving for both experienced divers and  beginners.

Lessons are conducted under the supervision of an instructor with over twenty years experience.

The underwater world of Sosua bay and reef inhabitants of coral reefs will not leave you indifferent!

Special offer from the Dominican Dutch Diving:
7 days  in our hotel and diving (course in the open air in a special diving suit + 7 nights accommodation in Standard room with breakfast) = US $ 665.
